September 25th-27th | Location: Downtown Phoenix Renaissance Hotel

We are excited to gather together all the churches in Arizona for a weekend to worship God and be inspired. Friends and family from Prescott, Tucson, Flagstaff and Phoenix will be joining us for this Ascent Conference weekend.

We do have a room block at the hotel for you to be able to book a room if you would like to stay all weekend and enjoy all the conference festivities.

HOTEL ROOMS:
Rooms are $199 per night + tax, no resort fee
Parking is $25 for guests, per night, valet only

CONFERENCE PARKING:
Parking is $15 for the day for all conference attendees, valet only at the hotel.
There is also surrounding parking on the street, as well as an ACE parking structure across the street.

TEENS:
Teens 7th-12th grade will participate in the conference opening and ending sessions as well as having specialized teen ministry content and activities throughout the weekend.

KIDS + PRETEENS:
Children 4 years old through 6th grade will be able to participate in a dynamic worship and play experience through Giant Cow Children’s Ministries starting Friday Night, continuing during all Saturday conference sessions and finishing out Sunday Morning.

TODDLERS + BABIES
We are also offering child care for children under 4 years throughout the weekend as well.

Registering and paying for your child now will ensure that they have a spot for the weekend. There will be more detailed information and waivers collected as the conference approaches.

Giant Cow Children's Ministries Release Form

I understand and hereby agree to assume all of the risks, which may be encountered by my children at Giant Cow Ministries including activities preliminary and subsequent thereto. I do hereby agree to hold Giant Cow Ministries, its employees and volunteers, AND host or hiring organizations and/or facilities harmless from any and all liability, actions, causes of actions, claims, expenses, and damages on account of injury to my child or property, which I now have or which may arise in the future in connection with the activity or participation in any other associated activities.
