ALL AZ ASCENT Conference

Location: Downtown Phoenix Renaissance Hotel
We are excited to gather together all the churches in Arizona for a weekend to worship God and be inspired. Friends and family from Prescott, Tucson, Flagstaff and Phoenix will be joining us for this Ascent Conference weekend.
We do have a room block at the hotel for you to be able to book a room if you would like to stay all weekend and enjoy all the conference festivities.

HOTEL ROOMS:
Rooms are $199 per night + tax, no resort fee
Parking is $25 for guests, per night, valet only
CONFERENCE PARKING:
Parking is $15 for the day for all conference attendees, valet only at the hotel.
There is also surrounding parking on the street, as well as an ACE parking structure across the street.

Early Bird Adult: $80 per person
Early Bird Campus: $60 per student
Early Bird Teen (7th-12th grade): $30 per person
Early Bird Kid/Preteens (4 years old - 6th grade): $30 per child
Early Bird Child (under 4 years old): $15 per child
(April-June)
Early Adult: $90 per person
Early Campus: $65 per student
Early Teen (7th-12th grade): $40 per person
Early Kid/Preteens (4 years old - 6th grade): $30 per child
Early Child (under 4 years old): $15 per child
(July-September)
Late Adult: $100 per person
Late Campus: $70 per student
Late Teen (7th-12th grade): $50 per person
Late Kid/Preteens (4 years old - 6th grade): $30 per child
Late Child (under 4 years old): $15 per child
TEENS:
Teens 7th-12th grade will participate in the conference opening and ending sessions as well as having specialized teen ministry content and activities throughout the weekend.
KIDS + PRETEENS:
Children 4 years old through 6th grade will be able to participate in a dynamic worship and play experience through Giant Cow Children’s Ministries starting Friday Night, continuing during all Saturday conference sessions and finishing out Sunday Morning.
TODDLERS + BABIES
We are also offering child care for children under 4 years throughout the weekend as well.
Registering and paying for your child now will ensure that they have a spot for the weekend. There will be more detailed information and waivers collected as the conference approaches.
